Is the device a dedicated physical machine?
Plans are delivered asdedicated Mac modelsfor remote development, builds, and desktop use. Whether it is fully dedicated and resource isolation details are defined inthe contract and ticket / delivery notes. Log in to the console to view your current instance specs and connection info.
Is the bandwidth and IP dedicated?
The plan is marked as1Gbps dedicated bandwidthanddedicated IPv4(refer to the pricing page andplan detailsfor details). If a shared spec is available in the product line, it will be clearly noted on the order page and in your order.
Which data center regions are available?
When ordering on the pricing page, you can choose: Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US East. After activation, the IP and egress route are configured by region. See plan details.
How do I connect via VNC?
Once your instance is activated, log in to theDashboardand open the My Machines card to go toVNCor open theRemote Desktop (VNC)page and follow the on-screen instructions to connect using your order number and token. Do not share your connection details publicly.
How do I connect via SSH?
Log in to the Dashboard and check the machine card for theSSH command example(host, port, username, etc.). Use the key or password you received and connect from your local terminal. Never commit private keys to untrusted environments.
How do I power on / off / restart?
In My Machines, use thepower actions(power on / off / restart) on the target instance. Actions are linked to theticket systemand executed by operations staff — not instant virtual buttons.
What is the Multi-Mac Interconnect service? (Thunderbolt 5)
This enablesThunderbolt 5high-speed multi-machine interconnection throughadd-on, suitable for multi-machine collaboration. On thepricing page, check the Interconnect add-on to bill it with your main plan. Pricing is listed inplan detailsthe value-added services table.
How soon will my instance be activated after purchase?
After payment, the order enters theticket and provisioning workflow. The timeline depends onstock, review, and configuration. Check progress in your order and Dashboard. You will be notified by email or in-app when provisioning is complete.
How do I view my device specifications?
Log inDashboardand go toAccount Overview / Instance Managementto view CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and connection details.
How do I check order status, expiry, and renewal history?
After logging in, go toDashboardthe billing/order section (e.g., Ledger, Bill List, or Order List) to vieworder status, billing cycle, expiry date, and renewal history.Monthly / Quarterlyplans auto-renew unless cancelled before expiry;Dailyplans are one-time purchases (see plan description). If you placed a guest order, log in from the same browser to merge orders.
